We are devoted to helping you develop your athletic performance and mental skills to lead a vital and adventurous life. Our yoga coaching/workshop programs will help you build the confidence to tackle any adventure you desire from the first 5K road race to 50M trail event — or a DIY mountainous mixed terrain adventure.
Susan is our running enthusiast, Iyengar yoga specialist, Primal Health and Precision Nutrition certified coach. She offers in-person and virtual private yoga coaching for endurance athletes who want something different than the usual Vinyasa class or who can’t readily get to a yoga studio.
Included:

A thorough interview and assessment of your personal history, current training model, and performance and/or informal, adventure goals.

2 weekly 50 minute sessions starting with the basics of proper alignment, thoughtful movement, and an introduction to breathwork and yogic philosophy.

Weekly “homework” for consistency, accountability, and growth.

Unlimited communication via email with Susan for questions and guidance outside of each session.A customized running program designed to lead you to your first 5K, marathon, an ultra-trail event, or simply more enjoyment on your own adventures.
